Insurance Information
Dr. Philip Rabito understands that a doctor visit should never be rushed. He spends a generous amount of time with each patient to provide the care that you deserve. To avoid the constraints of insurance, Dr. Rabito is NOT “in network” with commercial insurance plans. However, if you have a PPO plan (that is, insurance with “out of network” benefits), a significant portion of your office visit may be reimbursed, after your deductible has been met.
Payment
Payment will be due at the time of your visit, and the office can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company.
